Eagle River, WI - Rebuild Project
This unique lake lot comes with strict lake setback restrictions, yet features an amazing compact design that meets all of the client's needs, including a pool room for their upstairs suite. We were thrilled to be part of this project, which was referred to us by another satisfied client. The modern design offers stunning views from every angle through large windows. Although the existing home was situated very close to the Ordinary High Water Mark (OHWM), we were able to build within the existing footprint without sacrificing our creativity in developing a functional space for entertaining, living, and working. The home has three distinct levels, each designed for specific purposes. The main level flows seamlessly and provides ample space for entertaining. The upper level offers a recreational room for the owner's suite, which includes an office, master bedroom, walk-in closet, and a master bath with dual vanities. The lower level is perfect for guests, featuring its own kitchenette, TV room, and sauna. Each level is tailored to fulfill its intended use!
